We have strict quality control measures, which ensures that every translation project is handled promptly, professionally and as per specific standards and guidelines. Each translation project goes through a 6-step process:

1. Understanding the document subject/purpose
2. Establishing the document terminology
3. Word Count
4. Estimating the time required to complete the project
5. Cost estimation
6. Presenting our best quotation for the project

Once our quotation is approved, the account manager will assign the documents to our translators. The account manager will keep you posted on the project updates from time to time and will ensure that your experience with OnTime Translation is smooth, efficient and complete.
